• Eligibility: You must be a resident of the state of Ohio at the time of your appointment.

• Adult Care: Services are limited to adults between the ages of 18 and 64.

• Technology: You are responsible for ensuring a private location and a stable internet connection for your sessions.

3. No Emergency Services

This website and our telehealth services are not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or a medical emergency:

• Call 911 immediately.

• Call or text the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.

• Go to the nearest hospital emergency room.

4. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

To respect the time of both the practitioner and other patients, we require a minimum notice for cancellations.

• Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance (as specified in your booking portal).

• Late Fees: Failure to provide timely notice or missing an appointment (“no-show”) may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Professional Relationship

Use of this website or sending an inquiry does not establish a provider-patient relationship. A formal relationship is only established after a completed intake evaluation and a signed consent for treatment.
